Residential FAQs

When should I place my STRD can out?
All trash must be out by 7:00 am to avoid being missed by our collection crews and only STRD cans will be serviced. If you need an additional can contact the office for more information.

What items are not acceptable?
No batteries, hazardous materials, oils, or tires are accepted. Avoid putting dirt, sand, rock, or other heavy materials that may exceed the weight capacity of the cart.

What options do I have to pay my bill?
Your bill can be automatically withdrawn with your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. To obtain an authorization form, please call our office.
You can pay by phone. Make a one-time payment over the phone with Visa or MasterCard by calling our Customer Service Department.
Mail in your check or money order. Please include your invoice number when mailing your checks or money orders.
